 History of SA Ships these were collectors plates made in 1981, the plate were made by Royale in fine bone china, hand burnished and band decoration hand painted with pure gold they were a limited edition of 2000 this being plate 0249, these plates are in the original box with cerificate of authenticity. The Enterprise steamship was the first to reach Table Bay 13. October in 1825, people flocked to the waterfront to see her steam into Table Bay , saluted by The Castle Guns. Size 26cm dia.
