Description:
HMC241 is a general-purpose low-cost non-reflective SP4T switch in a 16-pin QSOP package. The switching frequency range of the device is DC-3.5 GHz, with high isolation and 0.7 dB low insertion loss at 2 GHz. The switch provides single positive bias and true TTL/CMOS compatibility. The switch integrates a 2:4 decoder, and only two control lines and a positive bias are needed to select each path, which can replace the 8 control lines normally required for GaAs SP4T switches.
