Actually new old stock - Never been on a layout and bought it as new from the US.
I took it out of the box for the 1st time to get these photos and test the lights on the rollertrack.

This loco is absolutely perfect with not a mark or a scratch and has bi-directional lights.
Absolute bargain at the price.
I would advise running this in for at least 20 minutes each direction. 

The box is good with no shelf wear and the content is perfect. All paperwork included.
