These models are perfect for spare parts, or scratch building. The locomotives do NOT work, and/or has wheels missing. The rolling stock has couplers and/or wheels and/or wheel trucks missing. However some of the rolling stock do have wheels and couplings, but just has some detail missing like buffers etc. See pictures below:
