These models are perfect for spare parts or scratch building. The locomotive to my knowledge is not working. The rolling stock has wheels and/or couplings missing. The models are Lima models, except for the "Union Pacific" caboose, which is Bachmann. The caboose is in very good condition, and has all its couplers and wheels. See pictures below:
