HO scale Herpa 822 500 Scania 142 V8

I prefer Herpa to Wiking, because then I do not have to paint the bloody lights and manufacture badges. Even if it is fun doing it. But, look at this truck, it has a good couple of things going for it. Firstly it  is boxed, and secondly it has seperate details like the mirrors that much be attached. Which makes this look like the real thing. But best of all, ENGINE DETAIL. Lol, quite amazing at this scale. You can even spot that big turbo charger nestled behind the V.This was one one helluva truck back in the day. 380 hp wasn't anything to scoff at back then. And my sack, could this bastard run! Had a 10 speed syncro box, with a 6th gear from hell, but once you flick that splitter into top, she could close a 125km/h tacho with LOTS tot spare.

Told you I've got fat fingers. They are not included. The little yellow bit can be cut to size and wangled in at whatever angle you want the thing to stand on the layout.
