Make no mistake, if you want to do war scenes in HO scale, nothing beats the Roco minitanks series. Sure, they are pricey, but look at the pictures, and then you will know why. I have never seen details like this without photo etching. It might even be, because these models were built by a pro. My jaw dropped. They are beautiful, and I wish I could show them to you in real life, because a photo does it no justice.
