26 Holiday Club Life Points -  Please read through

These points can be added to your current membership. Points available on transfer for use in 2016 (immediately).   

Price per points is R2200.  This offer is for R500 per point - (excluding I-exchange and transfer fee payable to the club and R2210 levies)

Levies are R2210 to be paid.  

The I-exchange and transfer fee is R1800 plus R1190 plus R2210 levies

The transfer gets requested at Holiday Club.  The transfer paperwork takes 7 working days.  Once completed and sent back and received by the club, it takes another 6 weeks to be added to your name.  This is from the club side and is unfortunately the timeline it takes to complete from their side.

There is levies, transfer and I-exchange fee to be paid directly to the holiday club of R2800 plusR1190 plus R1800 =  R5200. The R5200 is not part of the sales amount of R13000.

To sum it up again. 

Sales for 26 life points is R13000 - for 26 life points 

The Levies of R2210 (not included in sales price) payable tot he club

The I-exchange and transfer fee of R2990 (not included in sales price) - payable to the club

So the whole cost for ownership, Transfer and I-echange works out to R700.00 per point
