The Hollyland Cosmo C2 (1TX/1RX) is a professional wireless video transmission system engineered for large venues, open fields, and complex buildings where long range matters most. The kit pairs one transmitter and one receiver communicating over the 5.1-5.85 GHz band, with HEVO 2.0 technology automatically detecting interference and hopping to a clean channel in real time.
Cosmo C2 delivers a line-of-sight range of up to 3,000 ft (1,000 m) and an ultra-low latency of just 33 ms that stays consistent even at maximum distance, supporting 1080p60 transmission over both HDMI and SDI. The transmitter includes SDI loop-out, and the receiver offers dual HDMI and dual SDI outputs, so a single receive point can feed multiple downstream displays or recorders at once.
Beyond standard wireless monitoring, the receiver supports NDI protocol over a single Ethernet cable (RJ45, 100 Mbps), UVC for direct plug-and-play computer capture via USB-C, and RTMP for live streaming straight to YouTube, Twitch, and other platforms. A frame-rate compensation algorithm can convert lower frame-rate sources like 24/25/30p up to a smoother 60p output.
The transmitter runs on DC or NP-F batteries, while the receiver supports DC or V-mount power, keeping the system flexible for both studio and field deployments. If signal is interrupted, Cosmo C2 automatically freezes the last clean frame (or a custom logo image) instead of showing a black screen, keeping productions looking polished even through brief dropouts.
