The Hollyland Solidcom C1 Master Headset is the self-contained hub of a Solidcom C1 wireless intercom system, with the transceiver built directly into the headset no separate beltpack or base station required. On its own, the master headset can connect up to 5 remote headsets over a reliable wireless radius of up to 1,000 ft (300 m), making it ideal for film sets, mass-area events, and any production where simplicity and mobility matter.
Built on the DECT 6.0 platform with dual-antenna diversity, the master headset offers secure, encrypted communication that prevents anyone outside the system from listening in. Audio runs through a 150 Hz-7 kHz wideband frequency response with premium Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC), so spoken instructions stay clear even with multiple people talking over an active set.
Weighing approximately 168 g, the single-ear master headset is built from durable PC-ABS for long-term reliability without weighing the wearer down. Contoured, tactile volume buttons support blind operation, and the 360°-rotating mic boom mutes automatically when flipped up, while also accommodating either left- or right-ear wear.
Two detachable lithium batteries per headset keep the system running through long shoot days, with roughly 6 hours of master-headset runtime when connected to 3 remote headsets (or about 5 hours with 5 remotes connected). Note that a master headset cannot pair with a HUB or act as a remote unit it's purpose-built as the standalone anchor of a no-HUB Solidcom C1 setup.
