The Hollyland Solidcom C1 Remote Headset expands an existing Solidcom C1 system, letting you add another team member to true wireless, full-duplex intercom coverage without a beltpack or base station. Built on the DECT 6.0 platform with a dual-antenna diversity scheme, the remote headset links securely to a master headset (or HUB) over a transmission radius of up to 1,000 ft (300 m).
Audio quality is handled by a directional microphone tuned to a 150 Hz-7 kHz frequency response with premium Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC), keeping speech intelligible even in busy production environments. The single-ear design lets wearers stay aware of their surroundings while still hearing the full team conversation clearly.
At roughly 168 g, the headset is comfortable for all-day wear and built from durable PC-ABS materials. Tactile, contoured volume buttons allow blind operation without looking away from the task at hand, and rotating the mic boom up mutes the microphone automatically no separate mute switch required. The boom itself rotates a full 360° to suit either left- or right-ear wearing preference.
Each headset includes two detachable lithium batteries for round-the-clock operation, delivering roughly 10 hours of remote-headset runtime per charge. Encryption built into the DECT 6.0 link keeps conversations private from anyone outside the system. This remote headset pairs with any Solidcom C1 master headset or HUB-based setup, making it the simplest way to scale a crew's wireless intercom coverage.
