The Holosport app allows for one-click synchronisation of goggle data and uses the artificial intelligence (AI) big data model to analyse key metrics of the adult swimming: swim length, distance, speed, heart rate, stroke, SWOLF score, etc. The SWOLF score is the number of seconds (for a given lap, 25 or 50 meters), plus the number of swimming strokes made in the same distance.
