You will be receiving a CD or DVD with the above items on them, depending on the size of the files. The stated price does not include shipping and handling fees, see below for details.
Items are shipped via registered mail, unless specified otherwise by the buyer (all shipping fees are payable by the buyer). Items will be shipped immediately as soon as payment has been confirmed. No refunds will be forthcoming however a exchange for a similarly priced item may be negotiated if deemed appropriate(applicable inside the Republic of South Africa), all shipping fees will be payable by the buyer. As soon as I hand the parcel over to the shipping company I consider it to be the responsibility of said company and the responsibility of the buyer to collect the parcel. International customers please contact the seller for instructions. We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
