This charger will replace most standard laptop chargers, and charge other DC devices that use voltage in 15V to 26V DC Range. It comes with 9 different jacks. I know it won't support the Dell Inspiron series of laptops (Possibly many new Dells as well then), those use a much bigger plug. It does have a DELL Latitude series 3-pin plug. It also has a USB port, so you can charge USB devices like Ipods, MP3 Players, etc directly from the charger.

It can be used both in car with 12V DC cigarette lighter socket, or in your home with 110V - 240v AC power off your wall sockets. I've provided as much information as I can below, it is best to view the large picture and compare the plugs with the original adapter, and also the output specs of the original.
