Great for making your own great tasting biltong and way cheaper , biltong meat normally sells for around R129 per kilo , you can buy great meat for R40 per kilo and have the satisfaction of telling your friends you made it , takes 4 days to dry 5 KG, thereafter makes for a great place to store the biltong till you make you next batch
