Please ensure that payment is made within 4 working days once order is placed or contact us if payment will take longer.

Once payment reflects, your parcel will be processed and dispatched within 3 business days (this is excluding estimated delivery times, weekends and public holidays). The tracking number will be emailed to you once dispatched.

Aramex cutoff is 10:00 daily (excluding public holidays and weekends).  If your order is received after 10:00, processing will commence the following day.

Please note that Pingwing Creations SA will not be held liable for delays caused by couriers.  Although we take extra care to package your parcels as securely as possible, we cannot be held liable if items damage during transit.

Estimated delivery times (this is excluding processing time): 

Aramex: Major City Centres +- 3 - 4 working days / Rural Areas +- 7 work days

Paxi: 7 to 9 working days.
