This set of cufflinks, which seems that it has never been used, belonged to former SA Minister of Finance, Owen Horwood. I am unsure about the crest on the cufflinks, and I could not see any hallmark on these cufflinks. It is in its original plastic case lined with red velvet.
I am not an expert and any mistake made with the description is not intentional.
