This Parker 45 Pen and Pencil set belonged to former SA Minister of Finance, Owen Horwood. Both are engraved with the words Rotary Club of Gately (this branch is In the Eastern Cape). They seem to be in their original dark blue plastic case with the Parker logo. The inside of the case is lined with blue velvet. The lid of the case sometimes unhinge but it can be clipped back. There is a lead in the pencil but the ink in the pen is dry. The pen and pencil seem to be in a good condition. l
