Horwood Pen Collection: A Damaged 12kt Rolled Gold Parker Pen in a Vintage Perfect Pencil Set with a Collection of Refills
This Parker Pen, stamped for 12kt Rolled Gold used to belong to former South African Minister of Finance, Owen Horwood. It seems that there is something stuck in the barrel and the cap of the pen so that the cap won’t fit secure onto the barrel. The pen was inside a vintage Venus Perfect Pencils box that dates from the 1960s and the tin is in a good condition. Included with the pen was an array of refills that seems mostly dry.
