Horwood Pen Collection: ST Dupont Fountain Pen (18kt gold nib) and Ball Point Pen set

This elegant set in Navy Blue belonged to former SA Finance Minister Owen Horwood:

• The set came in a box with the name Inoxicrom on the inside so I don’t know if this is the original box.
• 1 x S T Dupont Fountain Pen with an 18k gold nib. The pen has been used. The nib is hallmarked. The pen was made in France. The brand name ST Dupont appears on gold trimmings in the middle of the pen. The number 925 is also visible here. (See photographs). There seem to be red markings in an Asian language (Chinese?) close to the top of the clip. There is also a number on the clip. I could not make out all the numbers.
• 1 x S T Dupont Navy Blue Ballpoint Pen. The was made in France and there is a number on the clip.  I could not make out all the numbers. I have taken photographs of all the markings/stamps on the pen.  The words Laque de Chine is engraved on the gold trimmings in the middle of the pen. 
• Both the clip of the fountain pen and the ballpoint pen is stamped with the word metal
• There are two ST DuPont refills but it seems that the ink is dry.
