Both these pens belonged to former SA Minister of Finance, Owen Horwood. This is not a set.
The Parker has a mottled design with gold-coloured trimmings. The thin blue pen is a promotional pen from the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. The pens are in a black case lined with white satin and red velvet. The word Best and a logo are printed in gold on the top and on the satin lining.
