Sweet Paprika Pods are smoked, dried and ground down to make this fine smoked Paprika powder. These peppers are smoked with oak wood which imparts a deep oak aroma and flavour to the paprika. The sweetness of the oak smoked paprika is combined with cayenne pepper to give a wonderful smokey heat.

This chilli is rated at 20000 scoville heat units. The Scoville scale is a measurement of the pungency (spicy heat) of chilli peppers, or other spicy foods as reported in Scoville heat units (SHU), a function of capsaicin concentration.
