Step1
Remove unwanted mascara by dipping a cotton swab into mineral oil or even a little petroleum jelly and wipe away the mascara on your eyelids.

Place the cotton swab on the mascara spot on your eyelid and twist it in both directions. You may have to flip the cotton swab over and repeat this process using the other end too. .

Look for eye-makeup remover that used for the removal of mascara.
Step4
Prevent smudged mascara on eyelids by cleaning your mascara brush after every use. Pour some of the mascara remover into a small paper cup, dip the mascara brush and swish it around a few times.
Step5
Dry your wand or let it air dry before returning it back its mascara container. This process will keep your mascara smooth and free of lumps resulting in an easier and neater application and a better look
