🌞 Light
Thrives in bright, indirect light. Can tolerate lower light, but flowering is best with ample sunlight. Avoid harsh direct sun.

Water when the soil is mostly dry. Hoya Compacta prefers a light watering schedule, as its thick, waxy leaves store moisture. Avoid overwatering.

🌡 Temperature & Humidity
Enjoys warm temperatures between 18-26°C. Prefers moderate humidity but adapts well to normal indoor conditions.

🌱 Soil & Repotting
For optimal drainage and healthy roots, you can use our premixed Aroid Mix, or you can create your own potting mix using Barks Unlimited Potting Soil combined with Perlite. When repotting, adding Bark Chips helps improve aeration.

🌿 Fertilizing
Feed monthly during the growing season with a balanced liquid fertilizer. For long-term nutrition, use a Controlled Release Fertilizer that provides nutrients for up to six months, along with an organic option like Terraplus Natura N.

Pruning & Maintenance
Minimal pruning is needed. Avoid cutting off old flower spurs, as Hoya blooms from the same spot each season.

Resistant to most pests but can attract mealybugs or spider mites. Treat infestations with insecticidal spray.
