New, original, and unopened HP 28 cartridges - it is what is known as NOS - 'new, old stock'. The product may have reached it's sell by date, so the cartridge may be out of manufacturer's warranty. If found faulty when installed I will pass a full refund of the sale price but only if claimed within 10 days from the shipment date. Please note that the refund will exclude shipping costs. |
