Seller despacted goods same day as payment and a good deal. However the problem I had was with the courier which the seller had no control over. Berco Express collected the goods from Jhb and brought it to Dbn. it went out to be delivered the next day. Two days later when I queried the status of my goods, I was told it was sent back to Jhb mistakenly. They then got the the printer and delivered it. I would not recommend this courier company in the future. The seller is no problem.
