Laptop powers on but no display

Inserted ram an it starts up displays but goes onto the drive lock screen.

Entering random characters allows it to go into startup but states operating system not detected

Note Laptop was working but requires someone with technical knowledge. Probably an drive unlock software. Unable to solve as it is beyond my scope of knowledge. Note this is still a clean device and well worth solving what could be a minor tweaks.
