Retails for well over R10000 brand new. 

CPU alone is valued at R5000. 

Had the PC since January this year.

It was working perfectly until last week after a power cut. 

It fails to boot into windows. LED flashes 3 red and 4 white. According to HP this is related to insufficient power.

I couldn't find any other obvious issues and unfortunately do not have another power supply required to test it.
