1)Q Does the Laptop come with a full warranty from HP ?

A: Yes it does,you can send it directly to HP(contact details on their website) or send it to me and I will get it fixed should something break.

2) Does the laptop come in original packaging with all discs ?

A: No it doesn't,although the laptops are always new(unless stated as second hand) because im supplied directly from the manufacturing channel.All drivers are downloadable from the HP website,should you have Windows related issues,send it to HP they will reload it for free under warranty.

3) Can I collect?

A: Yes you can,only if payment was made successfully.(im located in Boksburg,East-Rand,Gauteng)

4) Do you offer cash refund?

A: Yes I do,but only if your unsatisfied with the laptop when you first receive it.48hours from the time that I send you a tracking no.Contact me immediately if your not happy.

Often Due to transport,the laptops get mall scratches-If it is very big I will post fotos with the item.(and decrease price accordingly)

But please note they are new and in 85% of the cases they are scratch free or scratches are very very tiny.
