1)Q Does the Laptop come with a full warranty from HP ?

A: Yes it does,send it to me and I will get it fixed should something break.

2) Does the laptop come in original packaging  ?

A: No it doesn't,although the laptops are always new(unless stated as second hand) because im supplied directly from the manufacturing channel..

3) Can I collect?

A: Yes you can,only if payment was made successfully.(im located in Boksburg,East-Rand,Gauteng)

Often Due to transport,the laptops get mall scratches-If it is very big I will post fotos with the item.(and decrease price accordingly)

But please note they are new and in 85% of the cases they are scratch free or scratches are very very tiny.
