This phone is 8 months old. As you can see on the photos there are a few scratches and marks on the front cover of the phone but apart from that the phone is in excellent condition. There are no scratches on the screen. Phone comes boxed with charger, stylus, application and driver cd's, manuals, HTC pouch, USB cable, stereo headset and of course the 2GB SD Memory card.
The phone is still under warranty with HTC, but I am not sure when the warranty expires. I do offer a 7 day money back guarantee only if the phone is faulty.
