BACKGROUND OF THE CELLPHONE/POCKET PC

I have had this cellphone/pocket PC for 1 year and 4 months. Ever since I've purchased this phone, the letter "e" on the keyboard needs to be pressed a bit more firmer for it to work (compared to the other keys). This has in no way hindered my experience with the phone. The cellphone does contain a multiple of chips and scratch marks on the body. There are NO scratch marks on the screen as it has had a screen protector from the day of purchase. There are a few minor scratch marks on the screen protector which can easily be changed. The US plug point will require a plug point adapter to charge the phone, which can be purchased very cheap, or you could just use any other suitable charger.
