Huawei P Smart 2021 New other (opened by shop)

I took out an upgrade on the 5th May 2021 and chose this phone for it looks, build quality and size, the guy at the shop opened it to add an app site to it. however after trying everything possible I cannot add my UK banking App which I use almost every day this has now forced me to sell it unfortunately, as you can imagine it is NEW but opened, the photos are of the phone itself.
