A Huge Quantity of Silver Coins from the Union of South Africa. All denominations except 5 Shillings. Some George V. Mostly George VI and Elizabeth II. Most are worn but some are in nicer condition. Lurking here and there are silver coins from the RSA and from other countries like Britain, America, France, Germany, Southern Rhodesia and others.
The weight on my scales is 1420 gm (the scales were zeroed with the container empty). I haven't counted the coins but I guess there are several hundred. Conservatively, using a purity of 50% you are bidding on 22.8 Troy Oz of pure silver.
