The Hughes HN9600 is a high-performance, Ka-band broadband satellite router designed to cost-effectively satisfy a wide range of connectivity requirements for consumer, small office/home office, enterprise, and government markets. The HN9600 satellite modem can be used with any device that supports Internet . Protocol (IP) and has a 10/100 BaseT Ethernet LAN port. Typically, the modem is connected to a customer's computer. However, the HN9600 is self-hosted; it does not require a computer for any of its functions.
