All our products are ordered on request, we do not stock any of the items in South Africa, and as such will take roughly 10-15 working days once payment has been received, to be delivered. All stock is sourced from the USA, and is designed for use in the USA. If the item is powered, a transformer will be needed if the item lists as 110V only. If the item lists as 110-220V - only a simple adapter is needed. If you are unsure please check with us/the manufacturer before placing your order.
Once we have received order confirmation from BoB, the order will be executed accordingly. As all the orders are made on special request, orders can unfortunately not be cancelled/returned once the order has been placed and confirmed. Warranties are carried by manufacturer in the USA. If a warranty claim needs to be submitted, the item would need to be returned to the USA. The SA distributor / dealer of these products are under no obligation to honour the manufacturer's warranties or to provide after sales service in SA.
