The HVAC/R Super Dye UV Leak Detector Kit is a complete professional toolkit designed to detect micro leaks in air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

Using high-visibility UV fluorescent dye, it helps technicians quickly locate refrigerant and oil leaks, ensuring accurate maintenance and reduced system downtime.

Compatible with multiple refrigerants, including R134a, R1234yf, R22, R404A, R507A, and others.

How It Works

1. Injection into the System
   The included PAG UV dyes (R134a & R1234yf) are injected through the low-pressure port or quick couplers.
   The dye circulates with the system refrigerant and lubricant.
2. Leak Detection
   As the system runs, the dye flows through all components.
   At any leak point, the dye escapes with the refrigerant or oil.
   Under the UV flashlight (395nm wavelength), the leak glows a bright fluorescent color, making it easy to identify.
3. Safety & Convenience
   UV protective goggles shield eyes from harmful UV light.
   The kit includes various adapters and fittings to suit different refrigerant systems and standards.
   Compact plastic carrying case for convenient transport and storage.
