Please note that the product requires two 1.5V AAA batteries (batteries not included). The HW-300PRO Coating Thickness Gauge is made of ABS material and comes with F and N probes. It operates based on magnetic induction with a measuring range of 0-2000UM and measurement accuracy of ±(3% 1UM).
The operating temperature range is -10°C to 50°C. Accessories include one Thickness Gauge and a Manual Calibration Sheet.

Steps for measurement:
Step 1. Prepare the parts to be tested.
Step 2. Keep at least 2 cm away from metal objects, press the power button to turn on.
Note: It is recommended to calibrate the instrument to zero using 'zero calibration' before conducting tests.
In the third step, the probe is positioned vertically and swiftly on the surface to be measured until the sound of the drop is heard. The measured value is then shown on the screen. Subsequently, the probe is raised at a minimum distance of 2 cm from the area to be measured, allowing for the next measurement to take place. Note: If the auto power-off feature is activated and there is no activity within 3 minutes, the device will power off automatically.
Simply place it on the surface to be measured, and it will automatically calculate the thickness of the coating.
