AILMENTS:

DILUTION:
The 35% FG Hydrogen peroxide needs to be diluted first to either 1% (1 part 35% hydrogen peroxide to 34 parts distilled water) or 3% (1 part 35% hydrogen peroxide to 11 parts distilled water), before using internally or topically.
WAYS TO USE: *Absorption Through Bottom of Feet —
Dilute the 35% FG Hydrogen peroxide to 3%. Rinse a square face cloth with warm water, and place in bath. Pour over the cloth about 1/4 cup of diluted peroxide. Then place your feet on the cloth and wait 5 minutes. When done, air dry the feet. The result is that the hydrogen peroxide is absorbed through the feet and travels throughout the body. It breaks up mucus in the lungs so its easily spit out. Breathing improves very quickly. This would benefit anyone with chest colds, COPD, pneumonia, sinus and viral infections, and TB.
*Bath-
The general recommendation is to use 1 to 2 cups of 35% food grade peroxide in a bath. Start with 1 cup of peroxide in the bath water and work up to 2 cups after one or two times. Depending on your health condition, you can soak in a warm 35% hydrogen peroxide bath for 20 to 45 minutes max. Start with 20 to 30 minutes, and then increase the time when you see how your body responds. When your bath is finished, step out of the bath and dry off. Not more than two peroxide baths are recommended per week.
*Disinfectant/Sanitizing —
Add 30ml of peroxide to a litre of distilled water. Use to clean your counter tops, bath tub, sink etc. ( Note: Add vinegar to the solution to kill germs such as salmonella, E-coli etc.
*Glass Cleaner-
Spray 3% peroxide on your mirrors/ glass tables for streak free no smear surface.
* Inhalation-
Dilute one part of 35% Hydrogen peroxide to 34 parts of distilled water (Eg. 1ml 35% peroxide to 34ml distilled water). Add to ultrasonic diffuser. Inhale for 20 minutes once a day, for three days. Clears mucus in lungs.
* Internal use-
Dosage: Adults & Children over 12yrs: Take 3 drops in a glass of water per day. Not recommended for children.
*Mouth Spray-
Dilute the 35% FG Hydrogen peroxide to 3%. Add diluted peroxide to a clean nasal spray bottle. To use, squeeze bottle into mouth while taking in a big breath. Do this three times. Spit out afterwards.
*Mouthwash-
Dilute the 35% FG Hydrogen peroxide to 3%. Pour into a glass. Gargle and DONT swallow.
*Nebulize-
Dilute the 35% FG Hydrogen peroxide to 1% (1 part hydrogen peroxide to 34 parts distilled water). Then mix 1/2 teaspoon of the diluted 1% peroxide, and 2 drops iodine, added to 1 teaspoon saline solution. Add this mixture to nebulizer cup chamber. Nebulize for five minutes, four times a day for several days.
*Toothpaste-
Will leave your teeth/ mouth feeling extra clean. Mix baking soda and DILUTED 3% peroxide mix, until it forms a tooth paste texture and use. It will foam while brushing. Rinse after you finish. Also soak your tooth brush after which will help keep it free of nasty germs.
* Topical use-
Dilute the 35% FG Hydrogen peroxide to 3%. Apply to affected area. When hydrogen peroxide is applied to the skin, it turns white wherever there is bacteria or fungus on your skin surface and below. Don't be alarmed as long as it is diluted properly the white will fade away. This is a sign that its cleaning and bringing oxygen to the skin. Let it sit on the skin for 3-5 mins. If you have really bad acne feel free to add this daily to your routine.
* Water purifier-
If you don't have a alkaline or distilled water filter add 3 drops to a 250ml glass of water, stir, and wait 3-5 mins before drinking.
*Whiten Clothes- (use instead of bleach)- You can pour 3% diluted hydrogen peroxide directly on a blood stain, let sit then rinse. Add 1 cup to washer.
*Wound Care- Soak infections for 5 minutes in 3% diluted hydrogen peroxide to help clean and help stop bleeding quicker.
NOTE: Food Grade Hydrogen peroxide35% can cause burns, be extremely dangerous, and even fatal if it is not diluted properly. Be sure to dilute with water, use proper doses, and do not use undiluted. If hydrogen peroxide gets on your skin, rinse and flush with water immediately.
