1. Put the batteries in, no explanation needed.

2. there are 3 settings on the right headphone; off, R, H. off is ... off, R is radio and H is the

normal wireless from the base station.

3. to use the radio set the setting to R then use the 2 buttons on the side of the right headphone

to scan through the channels.

4. to use the normal wireless plug in the wire to the iPod/laptop/mp4 player, then into the "Audio

Input" hole on the base station (make sure both the base station and the headphones have charged

batteries in them) and turn the base station to "on"

5. Then set the headphones to H and play some music or something and click the right or left

buttons on the right headphone once or twice until you get the music coming through.

6. Remember to turn off both the headphones and base station to save the batteries.
