Shipping: We ship within 1-2 days after receipt of your payment. Shipping charge (registered mail): RSA - 140 ZAR, Kenya, Namibia, Zimbabwe - 150 ZAR. Within 1-2 days after dispatch we send you a copy of post receipt with outgoing tracking number and the last delivery status evidencing that your mail item left Germany by air. The registered mail item is trackable till German border. If you still did not receive the item on the 14th-15th day after dispatch please let us immediately know.
