I THINK IT LOVELY. A PERSIAN TRIBAL RUG CURVILINEAR FLORAL DESIGN. LOVELY COLOURS & PATTERN

I really think this is a nice piece. Please be advised that my

knowledge on Persians is limited but I will get better the more I

deal with them. Bought from a reputable seller this Persian Tribal

carpet. Would think small/ medium size but size is a relative term.

This piece measures length 159cm by 105cm. I have no idea of

it's age. 

It is a second hand carpet, has been pre-owned. I cannot tell

what it is but maybe a Baluch or Shiraz etc. Tribal carpets usually

use geometric designs which are easier to achieve wider spaced

knots. The tribal rug compared to a city piece may have 80-100

knots per square compared to 200-300 in the latter. It probably

needs a clean

Tassels on two corners a little thinned. Please also note the edges
