Parcels will be delivered to your door, please ensure that someone can accept the parcel, as the courier will return it to us and we will charge you again for courier fees.
RETURN POLICY - IMPORTANT
Uncollected Parcels:
If your order is returned to us for any reason, we will re-invoice you for the courier fee, and the order will only be sent again once this fee is paid.
No refunds for any reason will be allowed.
Your order might be placed on back order depending on stock availability. We cannot guarantee stock levels, as we work on a first come first serve basis, and you will be notified once payment is made.
We make use of the South African Post Office and Speed Service Couriers to send our parcels. You will be sent a tracking number issued by SAPO the day your parcel is sent. Please also note that overnight parcels can take up to 2 working days, and normal parcel post takes up to 5 working days.
DELIVERY AND DISPATCH MISTAKES AND DELAYS
We rely on couriers to send and safeguard the parcel while in transit, and will also rely on their internal Policies and procedures to resolve any issues that might arise during transit.
If your parcel does not arrive within the expected time frames, please contact us via email with your invoice and tracking number, and we will inform them of the issue within 2 business days and get back to you with their response.
