Beautiful Natural untreated Brazilian Aquamarine - 3.56 Cts. Much Much better than the photo! High luster! The Pavilion (back facets) have been Portuguese cut (lots of small facets) - This always brings extra fire to the table!

Beryl is one of the most important gemstones and is sometimes called the “mother of Gemstones” In its pure form, beryl is colorless and is called Goshenite - it is the many different impurities that give beryl its varied coloration.

Pink beryl is more rare and called Morganite. Perhaps the best known variety of beryl is Emerald. Beryl boasts what is commonly recognised as the rarest and most expensive gemstone on earth - Bixbite, sometimes called red emerald.

Aquamarine is one of the better known colour varieties of Beryl but good quality gems are becoming more scarce and pricey! It is very popular in Jewelry making because it polishes to a high luster and is very hard wearing (7.5-8).

This gem is VS2 (Eye Clean) with no visible damage to any of the facets. It is well cut with excellent Fire.
