I WAS USING THE  PHONE JUST RECENTLY FORMATTED IT,I HAS A CRACK ON THE SCREEN BUT IT DOESN'T AFFECT THE FUNCTION OF THE PHONE, FACE ID,FINGER PRINT STILL WORKS, HAVE NEVER BEEN OPENED. NO REFUND SINCE IT HAS ACTIVATION LOCK. ONLY BUY IF U KNOWS HOW TO REMOVE ICLOUD LOCK.
