Steps are very accurate when you walking or jogging.the most accurate in the market with similar price range
Sleep monitor is working very well .
But the distance is not accurate when you are running due to the step length is different for different person. the Ratio is the same
if you run 5KM , it might give you 4km to 6km
if you run 10km . it might give you 8km to 11km
