Lay the AbSculptor on the floor with the curved base resting on the ground.
2. Positioning:
Sit on the floor and place the AbSculptor behind your back, ensuring the lower yellow pad is positioned to support your lower back and the upper pad is positioned behind your shoulder blades.
3. Grip:
Hold the handles attached to the yellow straps, one in each hand.
4. Movement:
Lean back against the AbSculptor, engaging your core muscles. Pull on the handles to assist in the movement as you lower your torso towards the floor.
5. Return:
Use your core strength and the assistance of pulling on the handles to return to the starting upright position.
6. Repetitions:
Repeat the leaning back and returning motion for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining control and engaging your core throughout the exercise.
