A Dazzling IGL Certified J colour SI1 Brilliant Cut Diamond. (Much better than the picture which is generic) It is a natural (ie real and not lab created) diamond.

There no visible damage to any of the facets under a 10 x loupe. It is classified as: Colour - J (To my eye more like G), Cut -Excellent Ideal Cut (optimal dispersion of light and brilliance), and Clarity SI1(100% Eye clean- clarity enhanced). Any gem that has a cut classified as "Ideal" means you are getting a gem with the best fire available!

The diamond is certified by IGL (International Gemological laboratory - a ISO 9001:2008 approved Diamond Grading and Appraisal company) and laser inscribed on the girdle ( G970533) This number is only visible under 10 x Jewelers loupe and not at all visible to the naked eye. The laser inscription makes gem switching impossible.
