I have had the phone 2 years (2006/2007) and upgraded recently to another phone.
The imate is fully functional and comes with a standard Li-Po battery, a cradle, a/c charger, and hands free earpiece although I found it was not necessary to use it as there is blue-tooth or speaker phone.

- You will need to buy a stylus as the 2 that I had were lost.
- The wear & tear from 2 years of use is mostly imperceptible, it was most of the time docked in its cradle or in its pouch so it was the pouch that got worn out the most, but that's why the pouch is not included.

Faults or scuffs...

  • - There are fine hairline marks on the screen surface from using the stylus, sans a screen protector.
  • - There is also a very small scratch on the upper right corner, I think it was from the time I walked into a door :-o
  • - There are slide marks at the side of the keyboard from normal use, sliding it in / out.
  • - The circle of plastic which covered the speaker popped off, but speaker is intact.

The links showing the actual phone and anything mentioned above are here.
