The machine consists of two rollers that can be adjusted to roll the pasta into thinner sheets (for lasagne) and then fed through the tagliatelle and spaghetti cutter
This machine has a duo-cutter that adjusts to make pasta in up to 5 different thicknesses
In addition to rolling pasta sheets, the pasta roller can also be used to roll a variety of fondants and marzipan. Simply dust with icing sugar, and feed through the rollers as usual, to desired thickness
